Not to brag, but we’ve been the recipient of The Knot’s Best of Weddings Hall of Fame and WeddingWire’s Couples Choice awards for 10+ years, so it’s safe to say we know a thing or two about hosting an incredible event. At the Sterling Ballroom, we offer a beautiful private entrance for you and your guests, a stunning ballroom and cocktail hour space, a variety of lighting options, and a large dance floor for an all-night/day celebration. An added bonus? We recently completed a renovation, so all our spaces received a beautiful, modern transformation.

Our All-Inclusive Packages

It’s no secret that weddings are expensive. There are so many things that go into this special day, and all the little things start to add up. However, we make sure what you see is what you get! Our wedding packages are inclusive of tax and service charge, so there won’t be an added expense you weren’t aware of. We also include everything you could possibly need to have an incredible wedding or event from food and drinks, a wedding lounge to get ready in, discounted room rates for your guests (three are complimentary in our wedding packages), a complimentary night in our Honeymoon Suite, centerpieces, votive candles, sweetheart table options, lighting options, charger plates, Chiavari chairs, and so much more!

The Food

What’s a wedding reception without an abundance of delectable food options? At the Sterling Ballroom, we have you covered! Both our wedding packages, Exclusive and Premier, offer plenty of options to satisfy everyone’s tastebuds. Featuring a fully loaded cocktail hour, your choice of appetizer and entrees, and a never-ending list of desserts, we guarantee you and every single one of your guests will leave with full bellies! For cocktail hour, be sure to check out some of our favorite stations: Sushi + Sashimi, Bacon Me Crazy, Wing-Man, Southern Comfort, and Gourmet Mac n’ Cheese.

The Drinks

Did someone say 5-Hour Premium Open Bar? We did! The bar opens at the beginning of cocktail hour and our bartenders will continuously serve you and your guests throughout your reception. The Exclusive Wedding Package also includes several top shelf liquors, beers, and hard seltzers. Looking to add-on a little something extra? We offer sixteen signature cocktails, a vodka ice luge, wine and beer upgrades, Sangria Bar, Bubble Bar, and more for an additional cost per person. An Award-Winning Hotel

The Sterling Ballroom is attached to the award-winning, newly renovated DoubleTree Tinton Falls-Eatontown Hotel, which makes getting ready, taking photos, celebrating, and turning in for the night that much easier! There’s no need to reserve transportation for your guests, travel off-sight to take formal photos, or find a location to get your hair and make-up done – it’s all here at the DoubleTree.
