I cannot say enough good things about this venue. Allison was amazing to work with from the beginning and was so accommodating with our concerns and wishes. Nemo, our Maitre D, was unbelievable as well! He listened to all of our design and flow ideas for the day and set everything up beautifully. He ensured everything ran smoothly and is probably the most gentle and compassionate person I’ve ever met! Such a kind soul. The food was amazing, and everyone was raving about it! Sterling Ballroom served as a one stop shop for us – the hotel, getting ready (bridal suite + presidential suite *which by the way is humongous and gorgeous and where we slept Friday and Friday night*), ceremony (both outdoor and indoor options, which btw our outdoor ceremony got rained out 30 min before ceremony and they made a game time decision to frantically set up the indoor ceremony space for us so beautifully and it was perfect!) cocktail hour, reception and after party in the lounge plus breakfast the next morning. All our guests loved the venue so much and found it to be super convenient that everyone was in one place. They recently renovated the hotel and it is gorgeous and whimsical. From the hotel to catering staff, everyone was so helpful and easy to work with start to finish. I highly, highly recommend Sterling Ballroom!!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Sterling Ballroom in the Doubletree Hotel in Tinton Falls NJ. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish! We booked weeks before COVID hit and just got married Saturday June 12th. They were always so responsive even in a pandemic and literally went above and beyond! We started with Reena who was amazing but she got a promotion and Allison came in and took over! Allison was literally a God Send! She was so nice and personable and responsive! She went out of her way to make sure we had the best wedding day ever! And she succeeded!! Nemo our Maitre D was the absolute best!! It was like he knew what I wanted before I said anything! He was so attentive and always made sure we were okay and eating and anything we needed! I could not recommend this place any more! I am so happy with everything and truly had my dream wedding thanks to everyone at Sterling Ballroom!! Thank you again!!!

Best Wedding Experience

If I could get married to my husband every year for the rest of my life, I would do it here over and over. This was the best experience of my life, from start to finish. Reena took so much weight off of my shoulders and always made sure we were ready for what was next in our planning journey. Even on the day of the wedding she was always there, making sure every detail was smoothed out. Nemo was phenomenal and kind-hearted. Without him, the pressure of making sure everything was timed perfectly would have been so stressful! Everyone was so genuinely helpful and friendly, from the director to the servers to the head chef. EVERYONE! I am so blown away, I feel like I couldn’t possibly thank everyone enough. I will recommend DoubleTree to everyone I know, just so I can attend more weddings there!

My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams at the Sterling Ballroom! We fantasized about a large ballroom wedding, but were concerned we had to give that dream up when we saw pricing for many venues. Thankfully, we visited the Sterling Ballroom and knew immediately this was our dream venue!! The food was AMAZING and you get sooooooo much for your pricing! The cocktail hour was tremendous with so many unique personalizations. My guests haven’t stopped raving about it!! The entrees were amazing — totally not your “average wedding food”. Many of my guests have told me this was one of the few weddings they thoroughly enjoyed their entree at. The venue is local to a bunch of great picture stops (we went to Monmouth University and loved it). Guests also loved the convenience of staying at the hotel after. Our wedding ended at 10:30, and we all partied in the hotel bar until about 2am. Most importantly- Reena and Sue are a DREAM to work with! I worked with Reena most often. She was extremely accommodating, professional, fun, and the best spirit to work with! I never felt stressed out when working with her. She has such a contagious positive energy that we always looked forward to when going to the hall. We even had a few issues with our contract from a previous employee that we booked with and when I brought them to Reena’s attention she immediately apologized and corrected everything- didn’t give me the runaround at all. On the day of the wedding, the Matri’d Nemo was so professional I literally didn’t worry about a single thing and trusted him 100%, and everything came PERFECT! This venue was absolutely above and beyond amazing!!

We had our wedding at the Sterling Ballroom this past Sunday, 10/13/19, and we could not have asked for anything better! Everything was flawless and perfectly executed. The staff here is SO beyond helpful and accommodating. Reena and Sue were amazing throughout the entire planning process before the big day. They were always so positive and helpful with answering any and all questions we had! Nemo was wonderfully helpful from our first meeting with him as we dropped all of our decor and day-of items off, and was constantly present and asking us if we needed anything throughout the night. Our guests could not stop complimenting the venue and food. All in all we had an amazing time and literally could not have asked for anything more. They really went above and beyond to make our day as perfect as it was! Would definitely recommend!

Our daughter got married at the Sterling Ballroom this past Friday, and we could not have possibly asked for a better experience of a lifetime! Our guests have been raving nonstop about every little thing! First, allow me to rave about the staff. From the moment we met Reena, we knew we were in good hands! Not only was she professional and answered any question we posed to her, but she also treated us as family. She showed up at the wedding to make sure that everything was perfect, and it was! I must also give kudos to Sue who took great care of our pre-wedding planning, even offering up her office space for our favors, seating chart, etc. Thank you ladies from the bottom of my heart! Next, we were placed in the most capable hands of Nemo who took time out of his busy schedule to make sure that our rehearsal ran smoothly, so that the day of the wedding we were comfortable and organized. I witnessed first hand the care that he and his waitstaff took in turning the venue into a picture perfect setting for a beautiful wedding. He remained vigilant in making sure that everything went smoothly from start to finish, and we could not have been more thankful of this! Everyone deserves a wedding coordinator like Nemo! Now, allow me to rave about the food! Our guests keep talking about how stuffed they were after the amazing cocktail hour. Although my husband and I were too busy speaking to friends and family to enjoy all that was offered, we are receiving endless compliments on everything from the bountiful fish to the fiesta station, the pasta station, and the turkey and filet migon carving station. We also heard that the sausages and peppers and penne vodka were the best ever tasted! The main entrees were also delicious, as were the signature cocktails and dessert pedestal treats. So, if you are looking to have the wedding of your dreams, I highly recommend Sterling Ballroom! I can’t say enough wonderful things about everything from start to finish! Absolutely Amazing

My husband and I got married at the Sterling Ballroom last night.  Our wedding day was an absolute dream come true, and I would give this venue 10 stars if I could.  We worked closely with Reena, Sue, and Nemo.  Reena and Sue answer your emails literally within minutes.  They are the most caring, accommodating, and kind people you could ever meet.  They truly will do everything in their power to make sure your day is perfect. I cannot say enough about how amazing they are.  Nemo helped us with all of the set up and made sure everything ran smooth the day of the wedding.  He did a phenomenal job and ran around like a maniac to make sure we always had a drink and were always happy.  All of our guests raved about the food, the service, and how beautiful the ceremony area and the reception room were.  These people gave us our dream wedding and we really cannot say enough good things about them.  Reena, Sue, and Nemo are truly amazing at what they do, and we are so so happy that we chose the Sterling Ballroom!

We just had our ceremony at the Sterling Ballroom on 8-24-19. We could not have asked for a more perfect place or day! Working with the ladies of the catering department was such a pleasure. They made what is normally a super stressful task something more joyous! Reena and Sue are the best there is!! I must have asked a zillion questions, some multiple times, and they were always willing to help and answer them each and every time! They helped me make sure every detail needed was taken care of. The entire staff at the DoubleTree of Tinton Falls & Sterling Ballroom were helpful, courteous and very friendly. We HIGHLY recommend using this location for your wedding, sweet 16 or any party! There are so many good things I could say about all of the wedding coordinators at Sterling Ballroom. Wedding planning was a breeze. All emails were answered within hours of sending them. They were so helpful every step of the way! I would definitely recommend.

The Best Venue

The very moment we looked into the Sterling Ballroom, we were amazed by their professionalism and the overall look of the ballroom. The food was unbelievably good and our guest can’t stop raving about it!!! Everyone in the catering department that we worked with whether it was Tara from when we first booked our wedding to Melissa who was there to finalize every detail of our special day! The day of our wedding the maître d’, Nemo, was spectacular! He was at our every beck and call for anything we needed or any issue he may have come across he took care of it in the most professional and courteous manner!!! This is the best venue no matter how small or large your wedding is. We had slightly over 200 people and the venue fit everyone well!

All-Inclusive, Exceptional, Affordable

It was an amazing experience having my wedding at the Sterling Ballroom. Through the whole process, the staff was constantly there to answer any questions we had. It was amazing that linens, lighting, centerpieces, table numbers, maitre d, and a bridal suite were included in price. We were able to have our dream wedding in our budget.

So many people still have come to me and said it was one of the best weddings they have been to. The ballroom and ceremony space were beautiful and the food was amazing. They even were able to accommodate 25 kosher meals for my family. They also had a separate cocktail hour just for my husband and I so we could breathe and have our space. They brought everything to us so we could actually eat at our own wedding.

I was able to drop everything off a couple days before and they set up everything so I could just focus on being a bride. If you want all inclusive, reliability, great food, and a great price, the Sterling Ballroom is the way to go!

I Wish I Booked Here!

I booked my wedding a year ago for 2019 at another venue. A few months flew by and my best friend got engaged. I was her maid of honor, no surprise there. She decided to have a much shorter engagement and book her wedding at the Sterling Ballroom with only 10 months to plan; therefore, of course as the best friend I was very much involved!! Now, 11 months or so later, I wish I had booked my wedding at the Sterling Ballroom also!!! Everything was beyond perfection. I attended every appointment with her and met with Melissa, Reena, and Lexi. All of them were a huge help! I thought I’d be coming in on the day of and setting up all decorations for her, but they took care of everything. All the details were laid out perfectly for her. The food was delicious with endless station choices and guests wondering if the cocktail hour was the full dinner! I fully suggest booking with the Sterling Ballroom because I wish I did.

We Got Our Wish

I don’t even know where to begin. Our experience with the Sterling Ballroom was amazing, start to finish! When we first stepped into their office in January, we didn’t think we would be able to afford them. They were our first venue visit, and we left having booked a July 28th wedding. They are extremely affordable and make the planning process so easy! They have different packages, but even their base package is loaded with amazing food, a 5 hour open bar with an extensive alcohol list, and all the decorations you could need. They even went as far as switching out one of the beers on tap for our beer of choice (Sam Adams Lager) at no additional cost. When we started, we were working with Tara and Victoria. They were both so sweet and so amazing and kept everything easy! Later, we worked with Melissa, Reena, and Lexi who all picked it up without missing a beat! We also got room blocks through them with the DoubleTree. Daniella was amazing and was able to help us out with last minute booking for our guests and with getting us the room we wanted the night before the wedding.

We used the Sterling Ballroom for our ceremony and reception. For the ceremony, we used our own decorations along with theirs, and it was beyond beautiful! The maitre d’ Dineen, Melissa, Reena, and Lexi made sure that the ceremony was set up exactly how we wanted it. Our guests rave about the cocktail hour, which had an amazing, extensive, and delicious food choices. During the reception, the hall was set up like a dream! I couldn’t even express how beautiful it all was! Dinner was delicious and everyone raved about the desert. The Sterling Ballroom works with a local bakery for the cake (Chocolate Carousel) and we were able to get the Summer Sizzle package which included an Ice Cream Bar! Dineen was there the entire time, making sure we had everything we needed and that the entire event, start to finish, ran smoothly! My husband and I still laugh about how our cups were always full – Dineen has a very sharp eye! I can’t even imagine a better day than the one we had. My husband and I had one wish for our wedding – for everyone to have an amazing time. Thanks to the Sterling Ballroom and their amazing staff, we got our wish.

A Brides Dream Team

If you are still looking for a venue, please stop and call the Sterling Ballroom! When choosing a venue, I was looking for something that was not only beautiful but convenient! I was a laid back bride and was looking to deal with as little people as possible. The Sterling Ballroom has everything to offer. I mean their packages are outrageous and you cannot beat the price! I narrowed my search down to two places and now I’ll be honest my husband calls me a snob when it comes to my expectations on customer service. At the end of the day, Melissa is what sold me on the venue. She was the most genuine person I had met with when going on our hunt. She gave me all the right vibes and did not disappoint at any point in the two years we were planning the wedding. Emails were answered swiftly and concerns addressed right away! She was literally every brides dream team! I definitely have to give a shout out to both Reena and Nemo as well! Amazing, amazing, amazing! You will not be disappointed I promise! I cannot thank the double tree team enough for making our day so special!

Service + Food Was Amazing

We had our wedding at the Sterling Ballroom on 5/19/18. I cannot say enough good things about the venue and the entire staff. Melissa made the whole process so easy from beginning to end, and Nemo was spectacular during the reception. They put everything together exactly how we wanted and were so accommodating to last minute changes I needed to make due to the weather. The best part of everything, at least according to my guests, was the food. My guests are still raving about how wonderful the food was and how much food there was at cocktail hour. They couldn’t believe it! I would recommend the Sterling Ballroom to anyone planning a wedding!

My husband and I cannot say enough amazing things about the Sterling Ballroom and their amazing staff! We started off with Tara, and she helped put our vision down and was always available to chat about my ideas and help I needed. Unfortunately, she was transferred to another ballroom a month before our wedding, but Melissa picked up right where she left off and helped us out a ton. They all were so kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Victoria, Reena and most importantly Nemo were so helpful during the the wedding day making sure everything was perfect. Nemo stayed by our sides the entire night, and we could not have asked for a more perfect day. Everything I wanted down to a tee was in the right places and right times. Such a beautiful venue and hotel. Best day ever!

It Was Incredible

This venue was so incredible, everything was taken care of. Everyone in the sales department was wonderful, and they were never annoyed with the mass of emails I sent and questions I had. The way the room and decorations were set up was absolutely gorgeous. The food was so amazing. I received so many compliments from my guests on the food alone. The people that work here truly love what they do, it’s clear to see. They are great at their jobs and truly seem to enjoy making sure your wedding day is everything you wanted it to be.

A Staff That Cares

As soon as we found the Sterling Ballroom online, we knew this was going to be the place where we got married. Once we went there in person and met with the staff, it was even clearer that this was the perfect venue for us. Melissa, Victoria, Nemo, and Reena (from the DoubleTree) were absolutely fantastic in helping us plan the perfect day! They were quick to respond to our many emails and were flexible with some of our more interesting requests (like adding Twisted Tea and Fireball to the alcohol list, having a hot sauce table, etc.). We had a large amount of items for them to set up on the wedding day and they did it perfectly without worrying us or anyone in the wedding party. And we were most excited about our cocktail-style reception with unique and delicious station options (we went with the man cave, bacon me crazy, off the hook, and smashed potato bar). Everyone at our wedding was blown away by the amount and quality of the food. My husband’s one request for the wedding was a mashed potato bar and it exceeded his expectations! We also loved being able to add the beer flight station (which we got a deal on due to their pre-wedding food tasting party) and the coffee and cordials bar (mixing bailey’s and coffee is one of our faves!) The venue is beautiful as is the outdoor wedding space, which was perfect for our ceremony and for creating amazing pictures to help us remember the day forever. I cannot express enough how helpful, kind, caring, and hard-working the staff at the Sterling Ballroom are. They truly care that your wedding is exactly as you want it, and we received our dream wedding because of them!

I cannot say enough about the Sterling Ballroom! It is almost ridiculous how much you get for your money, especially compared to other venues in the area. Victoria was incredible in her planning and answered my endless emails (within the hour every time!) with patience and a smiley face! The day of everything was completely seamless. Our maître d’, Nemo, was excellent! There was not one hitch (and if there was, he must have fixed it before we knew). The food is INCREDIBLE, cocktail hour stations are different and delicious and the meals were amazing. Our guests are still talking about how it was the best wedding they had ever been to. You will not be disappointed!! I wish I could give 10 stars!!!

My Daughter's Special Day

I just wanted to thank everyone at the Doubletree/Hilton for an excellent job they did . From the DoubleTree/Hilton accommodations, to the wedding reception rooms, to the great food, to the service, all were outstanding. I would like to thank DoubleTree Hilton upper management for approving the Back to the Future Deloren to be placed inside due to the very inclement weather. I cannot say enough about your catering manager, Melissa. She has made this very special event a pleasure to do business with her. She accommodated my daughter’s every detail for the event, which was enormous. We have received many high raves from our guests covering all aspects of the event. I would highly recommend the Eatontown DoubleTree Hilton for anyone looking to have a wedding reception or any other occasion.

Our 25th Wedding Anniversary

Hands down the best event venue in the area for your money. Stellar venue, staff and location, and more importantly, great food all attribute to the five star rating!

My wife and I recently had our 25th Wedding Anniversary, complete with ceremony and reception in the same ballroom. The team was able to transform the main ballroom from ceremony format to reception format in 1 hour while our guests were in the other two cocktail rooms eating to their hearts content. Melissa, Victoria, and Nemo were great to work with in terms of getting our event to being an unforgettable night! The guests are still talking about it! Usually if the event had great food during cocktail, the dinner is average at best. NOT HERE. We were very blown away with the food at the cocktail hour. Quality is really good, not the stuff you buy at Costco and reheat. Really good stuff! The dinner was delicious. We gave our guests two choices, either the Salmon or the Prime Rib, and both were terrific. Both the salmon and prime rib came out delicious. We heard from our guests that the food from BOTH cocktail hour and dinner were superb. Dessert was also great with the Sundae in the Boardwalk dessert station. Incredible with the ice sculpture of a dolphin and 25 years underneath it. Nemo and his team were very attentive to our needs and our guests! This is what an event should be…stress free and sit back and enjoy with your friends and loved ones.
Incredible night! Incredible place, staff & food. Great décor! Oh yeah…they just newly installed the dance floor. Great dance floor, and timing was perfect since my wife and I did our Rhumba/Cha-cha routine to the delight of the guests. My wife and I chose the Diamond Package. Our feeling is worth it, and you can’t go cheap on a once in a lifetime event. We went with the Diamond Package since we had a very simple wedding 25 years ago. No regrets. It was all worth it. Thanks Melissa, Thanks Victoria and Thanks to Nemo and team for giving us priceless memories on our 25th Wedding Anniversary.

I witnessed first hand the care that he and his waitstaff took in turning the venue into a picture perfect setting for a beautiful wedding. He remained vigilant in making sure that everything went smoothly from start to finish, and we could not have been more thankful of this! Everyone deserves a wedding coordinator like Nemo! Now, allow me to rave about the food! Our guests keep talking about how stuffed they were after the amazing cocktail hour. Although my husband and I were too busy speaking to friends and family to enjoy all that was offered, we are receiving endless compliments on everything from the bountiful fish to the fiesta station, the pasta station, and the turkey and filet migon carving station. We also heard that the sausages and peppers and penne vodka were the best ever tasted! The main entrees were also delicious, as were the signature cocktails and dessert pedestal treats. So, if you are looking to have the wedding of your dreams, I highly recommend Sterling Ballroom! I can’t say enough wonderful things about everything from start to finish! Absolutely Amazing

My husband and I got married at the Sterling Ballroom last night.  Our wedding day was an absolute dream come true, and I would give this venue 10 stars if I could.  We worked closely with Reena, Sue, and Nemo.  Reena and Sue answer your emails literally within minutes.  They are the most caring, accommodating, and kind people you could ever meet.  They truly will do everything in their power to make sure your day is perfect. I cannot say enough about how amazing they are.  Nemo helped us with all of the set up and made sure everything ran smooth the day of the wedding.  He did a phenomenal job and ran around like a maniac to make sure we always had a drink and were always happy.  All of our guests raved about the food, the service, and how beautiful the ceremony area and the reception room were.  These people gave us our dream wedding and we really cannot say enough good things about them.  Reena, Sue, and Nemo are truly amazing at what they do, and we are so so happy that we chose the Sterling Ballroom!

A Great Team

We just had our ceremony at the Sterling Ballroom on 8-24-19. We could not have asked for a more perfect place or day! Working with the ladies of the catering department was such a pleasure. They made what is normally a super stressful task something more joyous! Reena and Sue are the best there is!! I must have asked a zillion questions, some multiple times, and they were always willing to help and answer them each and every time! They helped me make sure every detail needed was taken care of. The entire staff at the DoubleTree of Tinton Falls & Sterling Ballroom were helpful, courteous and very friendly. We HIGHLY recommend using this location for your wedding, sweet 16 or any party! There are so many good things I could say about all of the wedding coordinators at Sterling Ballroom. Wedding planning was a breeze. All emails were answered within hours of sending them. They were so helpful every step of the way! I would definitely recommend.

The Best Venue

The very moment we looked into the Sterling Ballroom, we were amazed by their professionalism and the overall look of the ballroom. The food was unbelievably good and our guest can’t stop raving about it!!! Everyone in the catering department that we worked with whether it was Tara from when we first booked our wedding to Melissa who was there to finalize every detail of our special day! The day of our wedding the maître d’, Nemo, was spectacular! He was at our every beck and call for anything we needed or any issue he may have come across he took care of it in the most professional and courteous manner!!! This is the best venue no matter how small or large your wedding is. We had slightly over 200 people and the venue fit everyone well!

All-Inclusive, Exceptional, Affordable

It was an amazing experience having my wedding at the Sterling Ballroom. Through the whole process, the staff was constantly there to answer any questions we had. It was amazing that linens, lighting, centerpieces, table numbers, maitre d, and a bridal suite were included in price. We were able to have our dream wedding in our budget.

So many people still have come to me and said it was one of the best weddings they have been to. The ballroom and ceremony space were beautiful and the food was amazing. They even were able to accommodate 25 kosher meals for my family. They also had a separate cocktail hour just for my husband and I so we could breathe and have our space. They brought everything to us so we could actually eat at our own wedding.

I was able to drop everything off a couple days before and they set up everything so I could just focus on being a bride. If you want all inclusive, reliability, great food, and a great price, the Sterling Ballroom is the way to go!

I Wish I Booked Here!

I booked my wedding a year ago for 2019 at another venue. A few months flew by and my best friend got engaged. I was her maid of honor, no surprise there. She decided to have a much shorter engagement and book her wedding at the Sterling Ballroom with only 10 months to plan; therefore, of course as the best friend I was very much involved!! Now, 11 months or so later, I wish I had booked my wedding at the Sterling Ballroom also!!! Everything was beyond perfection. I attended every appointment with her and met with Melissa, Reena, and Lexi. All of them were a huge help! I thought I’d be coming in on the day of and setting up all decorations for her, but they took care of everything. All the details were laid out perfectly for her. The food was delicious with endless station choices and guests wondering if the cocktail hour was the full dinner! I fully suggest booking with the Sterling Ballroom because I wish I did.

We Got Our Wish

I don’t even know where to begin. Our experience with the Sterling Ballroom was amazing, start to finish! When we first stepped into their office in January, we didn’t think we would be able to afford them. They were our first venue visit, and we left having booked a July 28th wedding. They are extremely affordable and make the planning process so easy! They have different packages, but even their base package is loaded with amazing food, a 5 hour open bar with an extensive alcohol list, and all the decorations you could need. They even went as far as switching out one of the beers on tap for our beer of choice (Sam Adams Lager) at no additional cost. When we started, we were working with Tara and Victoria. They were both so sweet and so amazing and kept everything easy! Later, we worked with Melissa, Reena, and Lexi who all picked it up without missing a beat! We also got room blocks through them with the DoubleTree. Daniella was amazing and was able to help us out with last minute booking for our guests and with getting us the room we wanted the night before the wedding.

We used the Sterling Ballroom for our ceremony and reception. For the ceremony, we used our own decorations along with theirs, and it was beyond beautiful! The maitre d’ Dineen, Melissa, Reena, and Lexi made sure that the ceremony was set up exactly how we wanted it. Our guests rave about the cocktail hour, which had an amazing, extensive, and delicious food choices. During the reception, the hall was set up like a dream! I couldn’t even express how beautiful it all was! Dinner was delicious and everyone raved about the desert. The Sterling Ballroom works with a local bakery for the cake (Chocolate Carousel) and we were able to get the Summer Sizzle package which included an Ice Cream Bar! Dineen was there the entire time, making sure we had everything we needed and that the entire event, start to finish, ran smoothly! My husband and I still laugh about how our cups were always full – Dineen has a very sharp eye! I can’t even imagine a better day than the one we had. My husband and I had one wish for our wedding – for everyone to have an amazing time. Thanks to the Sterling Ballroom and their amazing staff, we got our wish.

A Brides Dream Team

If you are still looking for a venue, please stop and call the Sterling Ballroom! When choosing a venue, I was looking for something that was not only beautiful but convenient! I was a laid back bride and was looking to deal with as little people as possible. The Sterling Ballroom has everything to offer. I mean their packages are outrageous and you cannot beat the price! I narrowed my search down to two places and now I’ll be honest my husband calls me a snob when it comes to my expectations on customer service. At the end of the day, Melissa is what sold me on the venue. She was the most genuine person I had met with when going on our hunt. She gave me all the right vibes and did not disappoint at any point in the two years we were planning the wedding. Emails were answered swiftly and concerns addressed right away! She was literally every brides dream team! I definitely have to give a shout out to both Reena and Nemo as well! Amazing, amazing, amazing! You will not be disappointed I promise! I cannot thank the double tree team enough for making our day so special!

Service + Food Was Amazing

We had our wedding at the Sterling Ballroom on 5/19/18. I cannot say enough good things about the venue and the entire staff. Melissa made the whole process so easy from beginning to end, and Nemo was spectacular during the reception. They put everything together exactly how we wanted and were so accommodating to last minute changes I needed to make due to the weather. The best part of everything, at least according to my guests, was the food. My guests are still raving about how wonderful the food was and how much food there was at cocktail hour. They couldn’t believe it! I would recommend the Sterling Ballroom to anyone planning a wedding!

Best Day Ever

My husband and I cannot say enough amazing things about the Sterling Ballroom and their amazing staff! We started off with Tara, and she helped put our vision down and was always available to chat about my ideas and help I needed. Unfortunately, she was transferred to another ballroom a month before our wedding, but Melissa picked up right where she left off and helped us out a ton. They all were so kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Victoria, Reena and most importantly Nemo were so helpful during the the wedding day making sure everything was perfect. Nemo stayed by our sides the entire night, and we could not have asked for a more perfect day. Everything I wanted down to a tee was in the right places and right times. Such a beautiful venue and hotel. Best day ever!

It Was Incredible

This venue was so incredible, everything was taken care of. Everyone in the sales department was wonderful, and they were never annoyed with the mass of emails I sent and questions I had. The way the room and decorations were set up was absolutely gorgeous. The food was so amazing. I received so many compliments from my guests on the food alone. The people that work here truly love what they do, it’s clear to see. They are great at their jobs and truly seem to enjoy making sure your wedding day is everything you wanted it to be.

A Staff That Cares

As soon as we found the Sterling Ballroom online, we knew this was going to be the place where we got married. Once we went there in person and met with the staff, it was even clearer that this was the perfect venue for us. Melissa, Victoria, Nemo, and Reena (from the DoubleTree) were absolutely fantastic in helping us plan the perfect day! They were quick to respond to our many emails and were flexible with some of our more interesting requests (like adding Twisted Tea and Fireball to the alcohol list, having a hot sauce table, etc.). We had a large amount of items for them to set up on the wedding day and they did it perfectly without worrying us or anyone in the wedding party. And we were most excited about our cocktail-style reception with unique and delicious station options (we went with the man cave, bacon me crazy, off the hook, and smashed potato bar). Everyone at our wedding was blown away by the amount and quality of the food. My husband’s one request for the wedding was a mashed potato bar and it exceeded his expectations! We also loved being able to add the beer flight station (which we got a deal on due to their pre-wedding food tasting party) and the coffee and cordials bar (mixing bailey’s and coffee is one of our faves!) The venue is beautiful as is the outdoor wedding space, which was perfect for our ceremony and for creating amazing pictures to help us remember the day forever. I cannot express enough how helpful, kind, caring, and hard-working the staff at the Sterling Ballroom are. They truly care that your wedding is exactly as you want it, and we received our dream wedding because of them!

I helped do much of the planning with my daughter and every time we went in to the sales office, we were greeted with smiles and patience. I cannot say enough about the Sterling Ballroom! It is almost ridiculous how much you get for your money, especially compared to other venues in the area. Victoria was incredible in her planning and answered my endless emails (within the hour every time!) with patience and a smiley face! The day of everything was completely seamless. Our maître d’, Nemo, was excellent! There was not one hitch (and if there was, he must have fixed it before we knew). The food is INCREDIBLE, cocktail hour stations are different and delicious and the meals were amazing. Our guests are still talking about how it was the best wedding they had ever been to. You will not be disappointed!! I wish I could give 10 stars!!!

My Daughter's Special Day

I just wanted to thank everyone at the Doubletree/Hilton for an excellent job they did . From the DoubleTree/Hilton accommodations, to the wedding reception rooms, to the great food, to the service, all were outstanding. I would like to thank DoubleTree Hilton upper management for approving the Back to the Future Deloren to be placed inside due to the very inclement weather. I cannot say enough about your catering manager, Melissa. She has made this very special event a pleasure to do business with her. She accommodated my daughter’s every detail for the event, which was enormous. We have received many high raves from our guests covering all aspects of the event. I would highly recommend the Eatontown DoubleTree Hilton for anyone looking to have a wedding reception or any other occasion.

Our 25th Wedding Anniversary

Hands down the best event venue in the area for your money. Stellar venue, staff and location, and more importantly, great food all attribute to the five star rating!

My wife and I recently had our 25th Wedding Anniversary, complete with ceremony and reception in the same ballroom. The team was able to transform the main ballroom from ceremony format to reception format in 1 hour while our guests were in the other two cocktail rooms eating to their hearts content. Melissa, Victoria, and Nemo were great to work with in terms of getting our event to being an unforgettable night! The guests are still talking about it! Usually if the event had great food during cocktail, the dinner is average at best. NOT HERE. We were very blown away with the food at the cocktail hour. Quality is really good, not the stuff you buy at Costco and reheat. Really good stuff! The dinner was delicious. We gave our guests two choices, either the Salmon or the Prime Rib, and both were terrific. Both the salmon and prime rib came out delicious. We heard from our guests that the food from BOTH cocktail hour and dinner were superb. Dessert was also great with the Sundae in the Boardwalk dessert station. Incredible with the ice sculpture of a dolphin and 25 years underneath it. Nemo and his team were very attentive to our needs and our guests! This is what an event should be…stress free and sit back and enjoy with your friends and loved ones.
Incredible night! Incredible place, staff & food. Great décor! Oh yeah…they just newly installed the dance floor. Great dance floor, and timing was perfect since my wife and I did our Rhumba/Cha-cha routine to the delight of the guests. My wife and I chose the Diamond Package. Our feeling is worth it, and you can’t go cheap on a once in a lifetime event. We went with the Diamond Package since we had a very simple wedding 25 years ago.
