Summer is quickly coming to an end, but the Sterling Ballroom and its sister NJ wedding venues are excited to be gearing up for fall. We love the cooler weather, the fashion, and most importantly – the food!

Kick-off cocktail hour with one of our fall selections for your Signature Cocktail Greeting (included in Platinum and Cocktail Packages)! The Caramel Apple Martini, Spiced Cranberry Sparkler, Honeycrisp Apple Sangria, and the Apple Bourbon Bellini offer the flavors of fall in their own unique, delicious way.

When we think of fall, we think of cozying up by the campfire with our hunny, and what goes better with a campfire then S’MORES! The S’mores Love Station is one of our newer (and favorite) items, and it is sure to be a crowd pleaser. Create your own toasty, gooey, s’more concoction with six different gourmet marshmallow choices and three different graham crackers with milk, white, and dark chocolate squares. Our mouths are watering already!

Another fall favorite that we loved when we were kids – caramel apples! At the Sterling Ballroom, we took it one step further with our Apple Dipping Station. Dip your mini red delicious apple into caramel, chocolate, or both and load it up with tons of toppings!

Upgrade your Dessert Pedestal (included in the Platinum Package) to include our Autumn Dessert Pedestal! Filled with mini versions of all your favorite desserts – apple pie, apple cider donuts, pumpkin pie tarts, pumpkin cheesecake, cinnamon buns, and freshly filled cannolis (additional charge applies).

Lastly, what would fall be without some comfort food! There’s nothing quite like the warm, fuzzy feeling it provides, and let’s be honest, there is no such thing as a bad comfort food. It’s all sooooo good!

This new addition has everyone drooling – the Bacon Me Crazy Station! Bacon has become a hot commodity, and we know your guests will be lined up to taste test this delectable station. Bacon-wrapped chicken, BLT bites, bacon mac and cheese, bacon jalapeno cheddar corn bread, bacon-wrapped pork loin, and the pièce de résistance chocolate covered bacon. This one has the Sterling Ballroom stamp of approval! Upgrade this station to include the Bacon Bloody Mary (additional charge applies).

Gourmet Grilled Cheese + Soup Station. Like we need to explain this one…it’s the quintessential comfort food! Take your pick of two grilled cheese sandwiches: tomato and Swiss on rye, Gouda and granny smith apples on country brioche, white cheddar and Applewood smoked bacon on sourdough, or classic American cheese on white Texas toast. Then it’s your choice of soup: fire roasted tomato, butternut squash, or New England clam chowder. Yum!
